Aiden update

First off, how adorable are his new shoes? He loves them and had no trouble adjusting to them and they are so cute!! Aiden is getting really good at walking now, it helped that he was so good at standing and walking along furniture that he already knew how to walk holding stuff and how to bend down and stand back up from a seated position. He just did everything backwards ha! He's even tried running a few times but it scares him still, my little cute cautious boy.

Also I've seen some of Jeremy's siblings complaining about their phones and computers being snatched because Steve posts things on their facebooks. This is what happens when jeremy gets a hold of my phone...So I think I win haha

Aiden loved coloring at the restaurant at lunch today so we decided to buy him some starter crayons and let him try at home. We got giant paper so we wouldn't have to worry about him coloring on the carpet hahha. He only tried to eat the crayons a couple times and then decided it was more fun to color.

Fish Update: This is not a happy story so be forewarned. One of the new guppies we bought was sick with ick/ich and infected some of the other fish. We lost one of the guppies first and then...Gimpy :( he was never very healthy to begin with which is why it was dumb of me to pick him as my favorite but his immune system couldn't fight the infection and he died. The other two Platys seem healthy and strong as ever, so that's good news!

We talked to the fish specialist at Petsmart and she thought that our tank might have too much immonia in it as well and that we needed to fix the levels in the tank and make sure no more fish died before adding any more. So we bought an immonia sensor and sure enough there was too much in the tank so we cleaned the tank and added new water. We also bought some bacteria supplements since our tank is so new so that we could build a better environment for the fish. The levels seem to be normal now and the fish still seem to be doing really well. They are tough! Also the stress of the tank being cleaned seemed to have caused one of my fishies to give birth! I was ridiculously traumatized when after adding the new water I saw a tiny baby fish swimming around because I was worried that I may have sucked some up while I was cleaning since I didn't know they were there but I think they were born after because within about 10 minutes two more baby fish had appeared. They seem to be doing ok although I'm really nervous that there might still be ick/ich in the water that could kill them and that would make me so sad :(. They seem really strong and healthy so far though so here's hoping!!
