3 years

 I can't believe it's already been 3 years! So much has happened and yet it feels like it has just blown by. I guess when you're this happy that tends to happen :). These have been the best 3 years of my life and I couldn't ask for more. I have the most loving and amazing husband and now we have the most adorable little boy. Life is definitely good :)

Washington - Monday

 On Christmas Eve when Steve was shooting everyone with a nerf gun Ricker decided that we should have a nerf gun war, now I thought he was kidding but this morning we headed over to Walmart to pick up some nerf guns.

 

 

It was quite the battle

Ricker decided to give up on the nerf guns and he brought out fireworks. Doing so stressed Kensie out and she yelled "NOOOOOO!!!" as he went running outside hahha! Steve went running down the street and Jeremy went running into the backyard, both with fireworks whizzing past them lol...

Aiden was napping (and some how wasn't woken up) during the savage fight so we waited for him to get up and then fed him and let him play for just a bit before heading off to go bowling. Kensie loved playing with him.

the bowling alley was packed and someone had reserved a bunch of lanes so we had to wait a while before going to play so of course Jeremy played Cabela's Big Buck Hunter

Aiden has decided the nerf bullets are his favorite thing to teeth on

me bowling! I was terrible, and I was doing better the second round, I was looking like I was going to beat Sharon and Ricker, but then scored nothing in the last 2 frames and ended up in last :(

he really loved her though!

he even got to...pet her? I don't know, apparently Jeremy thinks that's the normal thing to do

 

Washington - Christmas

Merry Christmas! Aiden got a lot of fun toys for Christmas, he's pretty excited.

Here is my adorable husband on Christmas morning. Since I got my Lightscoop for our Christmas I couldn't resist using it on the real Christmas.

 I also got to talk to my little brother Keith who is on his mission in Korea. He sounded happy and well and it was really fun to talk to him, I did my best to talk to him despite my loathing of talking on the phone so I hope he felt like he got to talk to me a good amount. He said the Koreans say I'm beautiful and that Aiden is adorable, sounds like really smart people lol. We had a delicious dinner and chocolate mousse cake and then headed back to Jeremy's parents for a little bit of Christmas with them.

This one I just took out my camera for so I only have a few pictures of presents.

He also got some adorable little slippers with the abominable snowman from the old rudolf movie, and these slippers he actually keeps on!

well sort of...hahha

 Jeremy's mom collects snow globes and Aiden LOVES them, he kept wanting us to turn them on over and over and over again lol

What a cutie, best Christmas gift ever is a happy baby :)

Washington - Christmas Eve

 This isn't part of the Washington trip this was right before but I didn't feel like making it it's own post. Here is Aiden looking adorable sitting on his feet and playing with his new magnets.

We got in the night before Christmas Eve and basically just went straight to bed. The next morning we had a delicious breakfast with the family and I finally got to hold my new niece Blakely!!!

Then we headed off to the mall for the mall $10 gift exchange competition. After that we went to go bowling but were too late so then Jeremy, Aiden, Ricker, Mim and I all headed over to see GG Dorth.After hanging out with Dorth we went to Mandy's for Christmas Eve Dinner and a gift exchange.

After dinner we headed over to my parents' for a little Christmas Eve program before heading off to bed.

Jeremy got me a Lightscoop for my camera for christmas and I LOVE IT.

 Here is the cute little nightlight we got Aiden, he talked to him for half an hour before dosing off but NO CRYING so hopefully this keeps up!!

Aiden LOVES the fridge magnets but all I have are glass ones or round ones that he could choke on so I decided we should get him some alphabet magnets so he can play with those while he's in the kitchen

We also got Aiden a 5 gallon fish tank!!! He LOVES the fish tank at the pediatrician's office and so we decided we'd get him a little one

Jeremy got the Madden 11 game and he loves it (yay!) so we all had a good Christmas! OH and because I am such a proud wife I wanted to share that my husband got STRAIGHT A's this semester!!! Yayyy Jeremy!

Thanksgiving Point Christmas Lights

So yesterday Jeremy had my car cleaned and brought everything up out of the car. All of a sudden I hear Aiden rustling around in something and I look over and this is what I see...

What a dork!!! I sure love him though :)

Last night we went to Thanksgiving Point to see the Christmas lights. While we were waiting for the rest of the fam to get there Aiden found a toy to play with.

After the lights we went over to see some reindeer over at the Water Tower. Aiden loves being up high, and at 6'4'' Keitho definitely puts him up high hahha

All by himself, he's getting so big!

So Aiden is AMAZING at walking, he's so stable and he'll just bend down and pick things up and stand back up (which they aren't supposed to be able to do until AFTER walking) and we can trick him into sometimes and he's so good but it scares him to DEATH. Seriously. I have a big wuss. Anyways, he's really good at it and so it's kind of nice because we don't have to worry about him running off because he'll only do it if he's holding our hand so I'm thinking I can't really complain right ha!

After the reindeer we went inside to get some ice cream, Aiden LOVES the free kiddie cones, it's just the right size for him

He even got to try some "hot" chocolate.
