Where are all the photos

So I realize I haven't been taking as many pictures lately and so I decided to take my son out to play outside. We've come to a "live and let live" situation with the bees. We have no nests and haven't had any for at least a month now and the only time we see them is occasionally on the flowers (fine since they are pollinating) and then this spot....

It's right above the sliding glass door (inconvenient) but I've noticed they are really active from about 11am - 2 or 3pm so we just don't go out until about 4 and then they are really subdued and don't bother us. There's no nest they just...hang out and sleep there sometimes it's extremely bizarre but I figured we'd let the winter kill them off and see if we have problems next summer and if we do then we'll hire exterminators.

Aiden did NOT want mom to help him slide down the slide today (it's pretty steep and he generally goes flying off the end if I don't slow him down), it made me so sad he is getting so big far too fast. But it's ok, after one trip alone he decided maybe it was ok if he just held mom's hand on the way down haha.

He's got quite the personality we are really enjoying this age. He is starting to SLOWLY get over his picky eating and now that all the company is gone his tantrums have lessened (don't know why company made him go so berserk oh well). He is turning into quite the typical boy and loves to play rough which of course has resulted in more bruises and scrapes. Yesterday he decided since mom had warned him a million times to stop standing up that instead he'd kick off the table and he went flying backwards, narrowly missing the sliding glass door track (THANK GOODNESS) and didn't even get a bump. Scared all of us half to death though, I hate those moments where you see them do something that there's no possible way you could get to them in time to stop it. We have decided to move his booster seat to one of the heavier chairs.
