Such a beautiful day with this adorable couple, so glad we were there
Kaitlyn wanted to wipe up her own face after the luncheon, funny girl
At the reception! I made Kaitlyn's dress by altering a pattern I used for Tina's wedding. Only people who sew will understand how hard that soft stretchy lace is to work with and I created sleeves from scratch. She looked beautiful and we got tons of compliments between all the weddings.
Racing to the car, we weren't able to stay long at the reception because my poor kids were still exhausted from the drive the night before
This little girl loves her daddy
Aiden was running away from the troll under the bridge haha
Hotel room silliness
The next morning we said goodbye to my siblings who had to head back home and we went with my parents to Cannon Beach
It was both the kids' first time at a real beach (instead of the manmade lake beaches in Utah) and they both loved it. I miss the beach so much it hurts and I told Jeremy someday he needs to move us closer to a beach. I fell in love with Oregon, it has everything I love about Washington without the traffic :P I told Jeremy when we are magically rich and famous I want one of the gorgeous homes in Lake Oswego Oregon and a condo at Cannon Beach :P
Daddy was determined to coax her into the water
She was not too keen on the idea and fought it with all she had haha. In her defense this was a river running into the ocean so it was colder water and it was in the 60s outside so it was pretty chilly.
Sorry daddy I am out of here!
Baby wrap scarf haha
Right before she started eating handfuls of sand, she was pooping sand for days...ugh...
She thought Aiden's hair needed some sand
She braved the cold water!
We had so much fun at the beach and I immediately missed it but we had a week of family fun to look forward to.
