Saturday and Sunday we were with my parents, Monday morning we had some photos taken but I haven't gotten those yet so I'll post them later. The rest of Monday we were with my parents and then Tuesday we went back to Jeremy's parents to see a drive through zoo and go on a hike. There was a huge accident that blocked up the only road to the peninsula so our plans for the day had to change a bit but despite all the driving(once that accident cleared another one happened. No joke.) and Kaitlyn's ridiculously high fever spike that scared me on the way back to my parents it was a fun day lol.

As sad and pathetic as that face is, he was gross and I was leaning as far away as possible.

The hike, it was WAY up this long road but it was so pretty. Oh and hey there's Canada across the water. That's probably the closest I've come to being out of the country. Lol. I don't even have a passport.

We went back to my parents and Kaitlyn's fever was fine by the next day, some tylenol and sleep seemed to do the trick, although we did have to strip her down naked with cooling cloths on the way back to my parents :(. Sigh. Wednesday we hung out with my family and then Thursday we were back with Jeremy's family. I told you, the bouncing around.
We went to Pike's Place which was PACKED because it was July 3rd, so we didn't do any shopping :'( we'll have to on our next trip. Then we walked down to the ocean streets, picked up a Sonics shirt for Aiden and some fish and chips with some of Jeremy's siblings.
Babywearing twins. Normalize babywearing!!!!! A guy at Pike's Place even cheered us for wearing our babies. These are also the same brand of wraps which isn't a big deal to anyone who doesn't know the babywearing culture but we thought it was awesome because we didn't even do it on purpose lol. Also taking a stroller into Pike's Place with it that crowded would have been a nightmare. Babywearing for the win.
Headed to get fish and chips. Aiden looked out in the water and started calling to sharks to come be his friends.
Somehow we managed to lose everyone on the drive over to the Airplane museum and the kids were tired and cranky so we popped in for 5 minutes and then headed back to Ashley's for some much needed sleep.
Friday the Fourth of July was a much more relaxed day and we got to just hang out at Jeremy's Uncle Kyle's while the kids swam and played and then we had our own private fireworks show that was the best fireworks show I've seen in my life, they did an amazing job.
Aiden on the paddleboat with his cousins, and out there in a floaty is youngest cousin Posey. Aiden is kind of obsessed with Posey, he hug attacks her every time he sees her. Probably because she just sits there and takes it and his baby sister would yell at him and whack him in the face lol.
Kaitlyn was too exhausted from so much driving, and not enough sleeping and not getting naps the whole trip and there were way too many new people so she was pretty grumpy about the water which she normally isn't. Poor bug.
Aiden would only play in this tiny little pool of water by the deck lol.
It started to rain so we went inside and the babies were all playing together so cute but I was so tired I did not take pictures. Oops lol. Aiden went out to ride on the boat while daddy skied. It stopped raining just in time for fireworks so it worked out perfect.

Saturday we had some Jones Family photos done with all the extended family and at the photoshoot everyone surprised Grandma Jones with a 90th birthday party.
We hung out with Jeremy's family for a little bit on Saturday before heading home Sunday. Kaitlyn took some selfies at the rest stop haha. And Aiden was as always just being weird.
Now it's time to go pack to head out again! No seriously. We leave in two days :'(. Mama needs a vacation to recover from her vacations lol.
