The day after we made our own Thanksgiving dinner at home with my parents because we love having leftover turkey and my parents were in town. We also spent the day decorating for Christmas and picking up our tree.

That's what we were all doing while my awesome little brother braved my steep second story to do my lights because he loves me that much...and is the only guy I know not terrified of heights haha.

Then it was off to get a tree! We had to walk all over the tree farm but we finally found one that was perfect!
And so big it doesn't fit in the photo haha. Aiden wanted to help me cut it down. Actually daddy did most of the work, I got about an inch through and decided I'd had the experience I needed haha. I had wanted a 9-10 foot tree but it looks more like 12 feet...oops haha
Snuggles with Grandma at the tree farm, poor little thing was so pooped after all the excitement, mommy was jealous of all the cuddles Grandpa and Grandma were getting. I get lots of kisses but I rarely get cuddles!
The finished tree! It's beautiful and I love it. Even as I dangled on tip toes off the ladder at the very top to reach to get the decorations on. It is tall!!! The photo doesn't do it justice!
The kids had such a fun day with the Grandparents and missed them as soon as they left! We'll see them again at Christmas for Tina's wedding though so not too long now!
