Christmas

I feel like I am way behind on blogging but I'm only a week behind. It was just a very busy week! Unfortunately I was bad about pictures this month, with Kaitlyn I don't have the time to edit that I used to so I take less camera photos and most of the photos I take now are on my phone. I have a blogging app where I could do some posts with pictures which I really should do but they are mostly on Facebook. My brother came and did our lights which made me so happy until two weeks later when the giant icicles took the lights crashing down :(. It was a very sad day for me. My Christmas lights are a big deal to me! Our tree ended up looking awesome and I love it, I don't want to take it down it is so beautiful and it amazingly enough LIVED the whole month. We did Christmas cookies and somewhere I have photos of Aiden helping me but they won't make it to the blog haha. I am so lazy lately with blogging... We spent most of the month updating our family room but I haven't taken really good after pictures yet (because it is covered in Christmas toys haha) so when I get those taken I will post about it. We had a wonderful Christmas, my parents were in town for Tina's wedding so the kids enjoyed time with their grandparents. Kaitlyn even reached FROM MOM to my mom and dad. If you know Kaitlyn you know how shocking that is, she is a momma's girl. We left her with a sitter for the first time ever (I know that's sad, it's not so much that I didn't feel comfortable leaving her as it was I can't find a sitter around here haha). She did great! So that was good to know, she may be a clingy mommy's girl but she is still an easy going happy baby at heart. Feel free to skip the videos, they are more for Grandparents and stuff because I know they are pretty long (I feel bad posting anything longer than a minute because I don't watch any longer than that haha).

Christmas Eve Tradition - A new Christmas book, movie and pjs. This year we did Charlie Brown and the kids loved it. They also got to open a few presents from extended family so that Christmas day wasn't so overwhelming.

Our tree was so big I couldn't fit it in the frame haha. Awesome!!

Picture with Santa. Neither of them is looking but they are both smiling. I consider that a win haha.

Christmas Day!

I am seriously regretting putting batteries in this because he gets frustrated trying to get the fish so just puts random toys on it and leaves it on. I could have just left it without batteries and he still would have thought it was the greatest thing ever lol

Duplos! We tried legos in the store and Aiden wasn't quite ready for them so we decided to do duplos and he loves them and is daily bringing me random creations he's made. It's awesome.

Kaitlyn just wanted to eat everything haha

uhhh she was not quite ready to stand, notice her refusal to cooperate by her pulling her legs up. She keeps trying now that she can pull up though haha

Look Kaitlyn, feed the baby

"hmmm!"

"nope my bottle!"

Aiden picked out that scarf for me, sweetest boy. And Kaitlyn is still being possessive of the baby bottle...

Gift from Jeremy :) I needed a nice bigger purse that's the transitional baby bag so I can still fit lots of baby stuff but don't have to lug around the big baby bag for when Kaitlyn turns a year and doesn't need bottles and so much stuff anymore

Aiden's gift to daddy. He was ADAMANT that he HAD to get him a red hat...weird boy

I got Jeremy new Nike's which I was so excited to see his reaction for and Aiden snuck over and opened it...stinker :( I also got him some new shirts. I have never been brave enough to pick out clothes or shoes for Jeremy before but I wanted to do something different this year and Jeremy loves his stuff so whew!

She loves feet...

Christmas wore her out!

Christmas snacks from Santa

It was a fun Christmas for all of us :) The next day we went to Temple Square with my parents and brothers.

Throwing coins in the fountain

It was a great Christmas and I am so glad we got to spend it with family
