Flowers and my very outside the norm child...

So my flowers that Jeremy had delivered a couple days ago finally bloomed! They are so pretty and they smell really good (not the normal just plant smell). I love them!

Aiden grew out of his Nike's (FINALLY!!!!). They were the cutest things ever and were amazing for the snow because they kept his feet dry but shoelaces and toddlers do NOT mix. Every 5 seconds they'd come untied and I'd have to chase him panicking the whole time he was going to trip and faceplant on the concrete. So we went to target and got some good old velcro shoes. They are cute, easy and practical. And he walks in them just fine, yay!
Here Aiden is the 5 seconds he actually stayed at the park (I'll get to that in a minute...)

So Aiden is the strangest kid I've ever met. He doesn't like peanut butter and jelly or macaroni and cheese and instead prefers hummous on crackers. Yep. He also doesn't like to play in the grass, sandbox or at the park. Within 5 minutes of arriving he will leave and just walk and follow the sidewalk all over the complex. SO WEIRD!!!!

proud of himself for getting away from the park

Talking to himself...haha

he occasionally stops to look at random things

and looks at the street longingly (and often debates if he can reach it before I stop him, which results in him no longer getting to play outside. Running in the street is non-negotiable!)

He sure is cute though ;)
