Living Room

I think I have finally finished the living room! Well pretty much, over the fish tank we want to put this with our names and sealing date but then it will really be done. Also don't mind my retarded boxes that I made from cardstock, fabric and lots of tape and hot glue. My studio inspection was yesterday and I just needed something last minute to clean up all the stuff we were storing in the cubbies. Also (and this is kind of embarrassing to admit) somehow I managed to do the match wrong and so I was a yard short on fabric so we are missing a box. I actually love that it adds some color but I can't find baskets the right dimensions or colors that I want so I may try to find a better way to make them and make them again. Also don't mind my sad excuse for halloween decorations, I've never had this much space before and I have no idea what to do with it. I'm thinking of taking the easy way out for now and getting some fall garland to wrap up the stairs because its easy and will make a big difference....ha! Also I figured out what was killing our fish and sadly it was me. I thought the filter cartridges said to change it every 3 MONTHS but it was every 3 WEEKS. They are now alive and well and looks like they're staying that way. So apparently I can't read or add....or do crafty things....or decorate for holidays...but I'm ok with that!
