Aiden and Life in general!

We got Aiden a tv because jeremy hated having to turn off his shows so Aiden could have a baby einstein (unfortunately his fussy time is right around when jeremy gets home and that's when he needs the baby einstein), it has a built in dvd player and then we put the vhs player under it which is nice because it cleared up some room on our tv stand. We also got him a toy story car because he's feet are so little he feels really unstable when he stands and walks and doesn't like to do it so I'm hoping this will help him to feel more stable to walk on his own.

He LOVES the linoleum, I have no idea why, but he'll drag his toys over onto it and just play there for hours...no joke hahha. He also loves to play under his jumper, they are his special places where he likes to play and not be bothered hahha. He's very independent! But whenever he needs me he crawls over and tugs on me so thankfully he still needs me too! He loves to follow me around the house, when I do dishes he follows me into the kitchen and will just sit and watch.


We had a little bit of a scare this week, we have this recliner that literally eats things, I can't count the number of phones that its devoured and have had to be rescued. So Aiden was playing on jeremy's lap and managed to stick his leg down the hole and twist it so it got hooked on a metal bar. It was really scary because he kept yanking it and screaming which got me all upset and kept making me lose my concentration, after about 5 minutes of panic right as jeremy was about to tear the chair apart I was able to get the foot loose! He made it with only a few scratches and one little cut. Poor thing was more traumatized than anything and we were both in tears by the end of it. Jeremy has now finally given in and is allowing me to get a couch cover for it (thank goodness! I'm tired of losing my phone in it hahha!)

This is how I always find him when he wakes up from naps, he loves to sit now that he knows how hahha!

He also learned to pull up but he HATES it because he feels so unstable so I've yet to get a picture of it :(!
